The Philadelphia Soul organization is committed to enriching the lives of under-privileged children, teens and adults in the city of Philadelphia. Soul players, coaches and staff acknowledge their unique public role and are devoted to working with charities, schools and civic groups to make positive contributions throughout the area. The Soul welcomes the opportunity to give back to its community which has embraced them whole-heartedly.
These procedures and guidelines are designed to assist you with your donation or appearance request, specifically as it relates to the Soul involvement. Nonprofit organizations may also apply for our Soul Moving Experience program, where the Philadelphia Soul donated an average of 700 tickets per game to local charities during its inaugural season. Soul Moving Experience is a unique charity opportunity for corporations to purchase tickets which in turn are donated to local charities by the Philadelphia Soul. Applications from nonprofit organizations are accepted from July through December for the Soul Moving Experience Program. Please follow the donation request guidelines if you are interested in receiving these donated tickets.
Donation Request Guidelines:
- All donation requests must be submitted in writing on original nonprofit organizational letterhead at least 6 weeks in advance of your event. Telephone or e-mail requests will not be considered.
- Your non-profit organization must be a 501(c)(3) charity, school or church. We cannot accept donations that would benefit a specific individual or family. We focus our donations on nonprofit and charitable groups.
- As a result of dozens of requests each week, the fulfillment process can be lengthy ¿ please be patient.
- We are very excited about the high level of enthusiasm surrounding the Philadelphia Soul and thank all of our fans for their support. Due to the large volume of requests we receive, the Soul's donations are limited to Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.
- Written requests must be submitted on the organizations' official letterhead and include:
• Formal request letter on the nonprofit organization's official, original letterhead
• Organization's name, full address and telephone number
• Organization's mission statement
• Verification of your organization's 501(c)(3) status (Federal Tax ID)
• Type of Fundraising event/program
• Contact person's name, full address and telephone number

Due to the large volume of requests we receive, NO e-mail requests will be accepted. - Use of the Philadelphia Souls name, logo and trademarks and/or any advertising that implies the support or sponsorship of an event by the Philadelphia Soul or the Arena Football League, must be approved in writing by the Philadelphia Soul.
- Requests for monetary donations will not be accepted.
Player Request Guidelines
The Philadelphia Soul handles player, Soulmate, Soul Squad and Soul Man mascot appearance requests for charitable events in the Delaware Valley Region (Southeastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey and Delaware). It is highly recommended that your event NOT center around the anticipation of our sponsorship but should be approached as a complimentary element to your program because many requests are unable to be fulfilled due to the overwhelming amount of requests received weekly.
Player Availability:
Please keep in mind that many of our players live outside of the Philadelphia area during the off-season (June - January).
Appearance Request Guidelines:
- All appearance requests must be submitted in writing on original nonprofit organizational letterhead at least six (6) weeks in advance of your event. Telephone or e-mail requests will not be considered.
- Your non-profit organization must be a 501(c)(3) charity, a school or a church.

• Directions to the event from Central Philadelphia
